(1) The Patan Hospital Development Committee (Constitution) Order, 2063 is repealed.
(2) All actions taken in accordance with the order under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been taken in accordance with this Act.
(3) All rights and responsibilities including movable, immovable property, transactions, loans, money in the name of the development committee as per the order under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be transferred to the foundation.
(4) The teachers and staff working in the development committee as per the formation order as per sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have moved to the same level and level position of the institution.
(5) Until a hospital management committee is formed in accordance with this Act, the committee constituted in accordance with the order under sub-section (1) shall do the work of the hospital management committee.
